MISSION TRIP TO EL SALVADOR

Heartland Baptist Associational Mission Team has planned a mission trip to El Salvador for our pastors and their spouse. This trip is scheduled for November 6-14, 2009. Cost for the trip will be approximately $1,500. We will be holding meeting to help empower and enable Salvadorian Pastors and their spouses. Deadline for signup is August 15, 2009. A deposit of $200 will be needed on that date. Our hope is that the local church will help their own pastor to go on this trip. For more information or to register:

Heartland's Executive Board Meeting

Our next Executive Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 9th beginning at 7:00 PM. Every vote counts so encourage your Church's Executive Board Members to attend and guests are welcome as well. If you need more information or to register:

Summer Camp

SUMMER CAMPS IN HEARTLAND

Heartland Baptist Association will be holding another season of summer camps. The first camp is Introduction to Camping, May 1st & 2nd at the Grand Oaks Camp near Chillicothe, Missouri. This camp is for first thru third graders. Then July 24-27, 2009 we will hold our Younger Children's Camp. This camp is for those campers who have completed grades three thru five. Our final camps will be held on July 27-31, 2009. These will be Camp Ground Zero for those campers who have completed grades six thru eight and Camp Life for those who have completed grades nine thru twelve.
